GEN is a professionally managed company headed by their President, Mallikarjun Huralikoppi and CEO, Santosh Huralikoppi.

Mallikarjun is a Mechanical Engineer by profession; founded GEN in 2002 with the vision of “Creating Value” and has been instrumental in building a world-class company offering educational applications and services on the Intranet and Internet based solutions.

A highly motivated and dynamic team leader, Mallikarjun brings a rare combination of technical knowledge, business skill, and marketing skill to his role. Mallikarjun has a decade of technical expertise at all levels-internet, client server applications, system and assembly, and has particularly strong domain expertise in educational software's.

Santosh, as a founder and CEO of the company, is responsible for driving and transforming the “Vision” into “Execution.” Santosh is based out of Hubli. He has over 7 years of varied experience in being at the helm of an IT company. He has executed projects in various sectors like ERP, CRM, Healthcare, and Education to name a few. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from KREC - Surathkal, GAMP from Wharton Business School, and Indian School of Business and is currently doing his Masters in Practicing Management from INSEAD, IIM- Bangalore, McGill University (jointly).
